I had a WC carrier change my codes to a lower code as well. I fought it, they fought back and continued with their tirade. I file a grievance with the Florida Division of WC. They sent a letter to the WC carrier informing them that they cannot change a cpt code sent to them. All they can do is pay or deny. The division said I was right based on chart documentation. The wc carrier was ordered to pay me the additional $400. The wc carrier stopped doing this.

So, I fight back. They know I will fight back and I will turn them into the regulatory authorities. If I dont do anything then the b*stards win.I still got no place else to go and no girl working in a factory I can carry out in my arms. Nobody puts my doctor in a corner.
